Surfaces to be wallpapered to be clean and sound.
Surrounding ceiling walls and woodwork edges to be in sound condition and will affect the cutting and finishing of the wall paper.
Making good of imperfections and holes are not included in quote and must be done prior to wallpapering.
Sizing/sealing wall is included in quote.
Many wallpaper manufacturers recommend their own adhesive and will only guarantee their product if this is used.
I will supply my own adhesive which I recommend if you are happy with that. Albany smooth paste.
Manufactures sometimes recommend using lining paper as a base, this can be quoted for too if you require, not always needed however manufacturers may not guarantee there product if not used.
Detail Wallpapering will not be liable if you the client ask for a process different to the manufacturers instructions.
Wallpaper quantity will be worked out once quote is accepted. Detail Wallpapering allows 1 extra roll wastage.
If you the client work out the paper quantity and if wrong then a return visit to complete job will be at an extra cost.
Order wallpaper well in advance and check batch number and check rolls are not damaged.
Deposit will be lost if works cancelled after 8am of day before start of job.
A 20% deposit will be invoiced on acceptance of quote.
Quote will be held if all details are correct on quotation form.
